Woman released on police bail after fatal house fire in Gloucester

A woman's been released, after being arrested in connection with a fatal house fire in Gloucester.
The woman had been arrested on Sunday, on suspicion of murder and arson, with intent to endanger life.
Emergency services were called to Elmgrove Road West, in Hardwicke, shortly before on Sunday, to a report of a fire.
Officers attended the scene, along with crews from the fire and ambulance services.
The property was searched and a woman in her 90s was found unconscious inside.
Emergency services performed CPR but despite their best efforts the woman was pronounced dead. Her family has been told.
Officers are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident and are asking anyone with information which could assist to make contact.

A police spokesperson said: "A woman aged in her 60s and from Gloucester has been released on police bail pending further enquiries into the circumstances of the death.
"Officers have completed searches at the scene and the cordon has now been removed."
