Teenage girl kissed without consent in Churchdown
Police request public help with investigation
A 13-year-old girl was reportedly approached by an unknown woman and kissed on the cheek without her consent at a bus stop in Churchdown.
The incident took place at around 7.10am on 10th February opposite the Esso garage on Pirton Lane.
Shortly after the woman reportedly grabbed the girl's arm while she tried to board a bus.
Following the incident, a 37-year-old woman from Gloucester was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault on a female but has since been released on bail while further enquiries continue.
Police officers are appealing for witnesses and information from anyone who was in the area.
It is believed that several individuals were present at the bus stop during the event, and they are encouraged to contact the police.
