Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a reported assault on a man by two males near Dursley.

The reported incident took place on Kingshill Road in Cam at around 9pm on 29th May when a supermarket delivery driver encountered a green quad bike and a black scrambler motorbike driven erratically by two masked individuals.

The delivery driver gestured to the riders, who subsequently followed him into Quarry Gardens.

Police say after he exited his van, the driver was punched in the face and kicked in the chest by the two riders.

The victim sustained cuts and bruises to his face and ribs and police say he was left shaken by the incident.

The suspects are described as wearing short-sleeved shirts, dark clothing, and balaclavas.

Investigating officers carried out house-to-house and CCTV enquiries, and are now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
