The incident occurred between midnight and 12.25am on the 29th of June, when a man reportedly ran up to a woman, exposed his genitals, and asked her to perform a sexual act. He also attempted to grab her by the arm before walking off in the direction of the park's bandstand.

Gloucestershire Police say they have carried out a number of enquiries, including examining local CCTV footage, but are now turning to the public for help in identifying the suspect.

The man is described as white, around 5ft 11in tall, with thinning brown hair and a goatee beard. He appeared to be in his mid to late 30s and was wearing a moss green fleeced hooded top, shorts, and black and white trainers. He was also carrying a green bag.

Officers are urging anyone who recognises the man’s description or saw suspicious behaviour in the area around that time to come forward.
