Police appeal after reported assault near supermarket in Gloucester

Police in Gloucester are appealing for information after a reported assault involving three women attacking another on Clifton Road near Aldi.

The incident occurred at around 12.15pm on Monday 13th April when three females stopped their vehicle and attacked a 19-year-old woman as she walked along the road.

The victim suffered a black eye, bloodied nose, and bruising and was treated at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital before being discharged.

Police are eager to hear from anyone with information, especially those with CCTV or dashcam footage, who have not yet contacted them.

Three suspects—a 55-year-old woman and 16-year-old girl from Churchdown, and a 20-year-old woman from Gloucester—have been arrested on suspicion of assault but released on conditional bail as investigations continue.
