Police appeal after man "stabbed" in the arm in Gloucester
A 31-year-old man from Gloucester was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm in connection with the incident.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was "stabbed" in the arm during an incident in Gloucester.
The incident happened during an altercation at the junction of York Road and Eastern Avenue at around 6.15pm on Saturday 20 June.
Officers say the victim reported that he was sat in his car when the driver of a white Volkswagen approached, opened the door and stabbed him.
A 31-year-old man from Gloucester was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm in connection with the incident.
He was questioned by police and has since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Police say the victim took himself to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital for treatment and was later discharged.
The investigation is in its early stages and officers believe those involved in the incident are known to each other.
