Police appeal after girl assaulted
Gloucestershire police are appealing for witnesses after a male assaulted a teenage girl in Coleford, Forest of Dean.
The assault is reported to have taken place on May 31st around 7.30pm.
The 16-year-old girl was walking on the path with a friend when they came across two unknown males, believed to be aged either in their late teens or early 20s, who were arguing.
The girl was knocked unconsciousness and was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital as a precaution.
Investigating officers would now like to speak to the two males in connection with the incident.
Police said:
"The first male is described as white, between 16 to 18 years old and around 5ft 9ins to 6ft in height. He had tanned skin and blond hair and was wearing a green tracksuit.
The second male is also described as white, aged between 17 to 20 and around 5ft 9ins to 6ft tall."
