Police are appealing for witnesses after a fire in a Gloucester Park on Saturday night (27th June).
Officers and fire crews were called to a large blaze in the park rea between St Oswalds Road and Deans Way at around 10pm.
Gloucestershire Police say the fire service believe a trolley and its contents had been deliberately set alight.
The force added that a conifer tree, fencing, toys, and equipment in neighbouring gardens were damaged by the fire, but no-one was injured during the incident.
Investigating officers would like to hear from anyone who was walking to an event at Kingsholm Stadium along Deans Way who may have witnessed people acting suspiciously in this park area around that time.
