A man from Gloucester has been arrested on suspicion of voyeurism after reports of secret filming in Cheltenham town centre.
Police were informed shortly after 10.30am on Tuesday 26th May that a man had been observed using a small camera to film a woman, engaging in what is believed to be upskirting.
The offence involves taking images or video beneath a person's clothing without their consent.
Officers arrested the man, who is in his 50s, and he remains in custody as inquiries continue.
