Man, 50s, dies after motorbike crash in Gloucester last month

A man in his 50s has died following a collision involving his motorbike in Gloucester last month.

The incident occurred on Painswick Road, with police receiving reports of the injured rider at around 3:35pm on the 17th July.

The rider was airlifted to Southmead Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on 30th July.

The man's identity has not been disclosed at the request of his family, who have asked for privacy and for people to refrain from online speculation.

Investigating officers are asking for witnesses or those with dashcam footage of the event to come forward.
