Man arrested on suspicion of gbh in Cirencester

A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm following an incident in Cirencester on Thursday.
Two men, who are believed to be known to each other, were said to have been arguing before one of the men was said to have attacked the other man.
A man in his 20s remains in a critical condition at Southmead Hospital.
A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and remains in police custody at this time.
