The criminal investigation into the death of 33-year-old Alice Webb after a cosmetic procedure has concluded without any charges being brought.

Alice Webb passed away on 24th September 2024 after becoming unwell following the procedure.

Two people were initially arrested in connection with her death on suspicion of manslaughter.

While a woman involved faced no further police action, a man remained on police bail pending further investigations.

However, police have confirmed that the man who was on bail has recently died, bringing the investigation to a close as no charges can be pursued.

Although the criminal investigation has ended, police enquiries will continue on behalf of the coroner.

An inquest will be held in the future to seek clarity on the circumstances surrounding Alice Webb's death.

Alice Webb's family has been notified of these developments.

They hope the inquest will provide them with the answers they are seeking.
