Emergency services have been conducting searches at a lake in Sandhurst after reports of a person heard in distress late last night (7th August).
Authorities received the alert around 11.45pm, indicating a male voice calling for help from the vicinity of the lake off Sandhurst Lane, near Gloucester.
Police and fire crews initially combed the area, pausing the search due to safety concerns for the officers involved.
Activities resumed this morning with additional efforts to identify any missing persons in the local area.
