Woman charged over stabbing in Bishop's Cleeve

Jaimee Saunders, aged 21, has been remanded into custody and charged in connection with a stabbing incident in Bishop's Cleeve.

Saunders, of Minetts Avenue, faces section 18 wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and is due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court today, 28th July.

The charge stems from an early Sunday morning event on 26th July near the Evesham Road roundabout, where a man sustained a suspected stab wound and remains in stable condition at the hospital.

Additionally, a woman in her 50s was arrested for allegedly perverting the course of justice but has since been released on bail with conditions.
