Appeal after 17-year-old boy robbed of e-bike near Stroud

Police are appealing for witnesses after a 17-year-old boy had his e-bike stolen by another teenager near Stroud.

The incident happened on 2nd March at around 6:10 PM on Tanglewood Way in Bussage.

The victim had arranged to meet the offender at a layby on Alder Way to sell the e-bike.

The offender stole the e-bike and when the victim tried to stop him from riding away, he took out a knife.

The offender, dressed in dark clothing, rode off quickly toward Bisley.

Police say no one was injured in the incident and enquires are ongoing to identify the suspect.

Officers are urging anyone who witnessed the robbery or the rider's direction of travel to come forward.
