Woman taken to hospital after hit and run in Plymouth

Police are appealing for witnesses after a hit and run collision in Plymouth.
The collision took place at around 5.50pm on Tuesday 11 February on Mutley Plain.
It was reported that an e-bike contravened a red light and then collided with a female pedestrian.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital with potentially life-changing injuries.
The bike rider was thrown from his bike during the collision, but remounted and left the scene via Belgrave Road.
