Witness appeal after serious crash in Paignton

Emergency services were called to Winner Hill Road

Devon and Cornwall Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a serious crash in Paignton.

It happened back on Monday, April 28, when emergency services were called to Winner Hill Road.

They report they were called to the incident involving a grey Vauxhall van and a pedestrian at around 6.20pm.

The pedestrian, a man in his 60s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening.

Officers from the Roads Policing team would like to thank the public for their patience whilst the road was closed for the investigation to be carried out.
