Video shows scene of yesterday's dramatic Bovey Tracey fire
The building has been completely destroyed by the blaze
Firefighters have shared video on social media of yesterday's dramatic warehouse fire on St John's Lane in Bovey Tracey.
Six appliances and an aerial ladder platform were initially deployed to tackle the blaze, which prompted warnings for local residents to keep their windows and doors for a number of hours.
As of 1.37pm, crews sectorised the incident, utilising multiple jets and the aerial ladder platform to bring the blaze under control.
An additional two appliances were then dispatched to provide extra personnel, while police are helping manage traffic in the area.
The operation was since being scaled back.
The Aftermath
The building has been completely destroyed by the blaze, which erupted at around 12.30pm on St John's Lane.
Images captured by drones show the dramatic remains of the warehouse following the fire.
Eight fire engines were called to respond from across Devon to control the flames and mitigate smoke effects on residents.
