Teenager seriously injured in crash near Holsworthy

A teenage girl has been seriously injured in a crash involving a silver Volkswagen Polo on the A3072 near Holsworthy.
The collision occurred at approximately 10.55pm on Tuesday night, on 7th July, prompting emergency services to respond to the location near Anvil Corner.
The injured girl was airlifted to hospital with what are believed to be life-threatening injuries and her next of kin have been informed.
Three other teenagers, who were passengers in the vehicle, were treated at the scene and subsequently discharged.
The road was temporarily closed for police conduct an investigation into the incident.
Devon and Cornwall Police are seeking witnesses or anyone with information, including dashcam footage, to assist in their enquiries.
