Police in Plymouth say several baby gravestones have been deliberately damaged.

They report the incident happened at the cemetery on Ford Park, with several tablets and vase tops affected.

In a statement, Devon and Cornwall Police said: "We are seeking the public’s help to identify this man following a spate of criminal damage to infant grave tablets and memorials at Ford Park Cemetery in Plymouth.

"It was reported that several baby grave tablets and vase tops were deliberately damaged at the cemetery on Ford Park.

"The incident is believed to have taken place overnight on Monday 3 March.

"The families of those affected grave tablets have been informed.

"We understand that these images are not of great quality but we hope that someone may recognise the man pictured. It is believed he may be able to help officers with their enquiries.

"Anybody with information is asked to contact police via our website or by calling 101, quoting reference 50250061523."
