Police appeal into 'unproved assault' in Plymouth

Devon and Cornwall Police are appealing for witnesses and information to assist with an investigation into an assault in Plymouth.
They say the investigation follows a report of an unprovoked assault on a man on Charles Street, outside Drake Circus, between 1.45am and 2.30am on 11 October.
A group of four white males, all believed to be under the age of 18, who were hanging around the shopping centre, punched and kicked the victim while making threats to ‘batter him’.
The victim, a man in his 20s, suffered minor injuries as a result of the incident.
We are appealing for information to help identify the suspects involved in this incident, who are believed to have been using BMX style bikes.
