Police appeal following fatal road traffic collision on A38

Police are appealing for witnesses and footage following a fatal road traffic collision on the A38 near to Lee Mill.
Officers were called at around 10am today (Thursday 6 August 2026) following a report of a collision involving a motorcycle, a Ford Transit camper and a MG HS Trophy.
Devon and Cornwall Police said the motorcycle rider - a man in his 20s from Plymouth – was pronounced deceased at the scene, and his next of kin has been informed.
The road has been closed for much of the day while police investigations took place.
