Police appeal for witnesses after woman assaulted outside Plymouth pub
Suspect released on bail following attack at The Navy Inn
Authorities are seeking witnesses to an assault that occurred outside The Navy Inn in Southside Street, Plymouth, on the night of 29th August.
The incident happened between 10pm and 10.30pm, during which a woman sustained facial injuries after being assaulted by a man.
A Plymouth man in his 40s was arrested on suspicion of assault causing actual bodily harm and has been released on bail pending further investigation.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or who possesses dashcam or mobile phone footage relevant to the crime to come forward.
