Appeal to identify two men after assault in Plymouth city centre
Police seek help as two men are assaulted on Western Approach
Police say two men were assaulted in Plymouth city centre following an encounter at a local venue.
The force says the attack occurred around 2am on Wednesday 2nd July.
The victims had been at The Union Rooms on Union Street and left the venue when they were followed by two unknown men.
The confrontation escalated on Western Approach, resulting in one of the victims sustaining facial injuries that required treatment by ambulance crews at the scene.
He was then taken to hospital.
Devon & Cornwall Police are looking to identify the two men depicted in the released images as they might be able to assist with investigations.
