A community arts celebration is being planned for Plymouth - featuring three weeks of live music and arts performances.

There's a wide-variety of outdoor events at the The Theatre Royal's Scene Dock - or area to its side near to the main car park - from quiz nights, DJ sets, theatre, cabaret, workshops, roaming performers and live bands.

The outdoor community Summer festival in the city centre also aims to inspire more visitors to the main theatre - perhaps by giving some youngsters their first taste of live performances.
