After being relegated to League Two, Exeter City revealed its plans to rebuild at an event for fans overnight - focussing on developing and selling academy players.

Chairman Wilf Walsh says they remain debt free and one of only two clubs in the league which are fan owned as he pledged the new values 'Our City, Our Club, Our Way' are "not just words".

He told fans the new vision 'reaffirms Exeter City’s commitment to its unique identity as a supporter-owned football club, rooted in its community and committed to creating sustainable success both on and off the pitch'.

The future plans also include supporting Exeter's women's team, which comes months after local rival Plymouth reduced funding for its team despite the girls' most succesful season.
