Man punched and robbed in Plymouth

Police are appealing for witnesses, after a robbery in Plymouth.

At around 7.30pm on Saturday 13 June a man was near The Navy Inn, on Southside Street, when he was approached and punched by a male suspect causing facial injuries.

The suspect then took cash and a bank card from the victim, before leaving the scene.

It is believed a number of people witnessed the incident and offered to help the victim.
