Gas leak in Exeter causing disruption to trains

South Western Railway said all lines were blocked due to a gas leak near the railway

Trains in Devon were disrupted on Thursday (9 January) due to a gas leak in Exeter.

The leak near Exeter Central caused issues on the railway between Honiton and Exeter St Davids.

At the time. South Western Railway said all lines are blocked, and estimated the disruption would end at 20:00pm.

Roads near the train station have since reopened, as has the rail line.
