Firefighters tackle large blaze at property in Bigbury-on-Sea

Fire crews are tackling a large fire at a property in Bigbury-on-Sea.

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue service were called to the blaze at a domestic property in the Clematon Hill area at around 11:40am this morning (April 14).

Residents in the area are being advised by the fire service to keep all windows and doors closed due to the large amount of black smoke being caused by the blaze.

The fire service said The Environment Agency had been informed and it would provide further updates shortly.
