The fatal accident inquiry into the death of Devon cameraman Dan Burton, 54, is set to continue at Tain Sheriff Court.

Mr Burton died following a mid-air collision involving his paramotor and another flown by colleague Sacha Dench in the Scottish Highlands during September 2021.

The incident occurred near Loch Na Gainmhich, Sutherland, as Ms Dench embarked on a 3,000-mile round-Britain challenge to raise awareness of climate change ahead of the Cop26 conference.

Despite surviving, Ms Dench sustained serious injuries and is expected to give evidence when the inquiry resumes.

Known as the "human swan," the Australian adventurer follows swans migrating from Russia to the UK using a paramotor.

Previous hearings for the fatal accident inquiry were held in May last year and January this year.
