Theatre Royal Plymouth is looking for two teams of eight youngsters
Theatre Royal Plymouth is, once again, searching for two teams of eight children to take part in this year’s Theatre Royal Plymouth Pantomime, Dick Whittington.
The now annual opportunity aims to help inspire as many young people as possible, with this year's show starring television, recording, musical theatre star Shane Richie.
A spokesperson for the theatre (or TRP) said; "In order to meet as many young people as possible, this year TRP will be holding auditions in two stages.
"The first round on Sunday 05 October 2025 will be an open call. Following this round, we will invite a small group of auditionees back to meet the productions choreographer on Saturday 18 October 2025. Auditions take place at TR2 Production & Learning Centre.
"TRP are keen to ensure that there are no financial barriers associated with accessing this opportunity, so there are travel bursaries available to support travel expenses that are required to take part in the show, and all meals on show days will be provided.
