Appeal after assault at Plymouth nightclub

Police are appealing for help from the public, to help identify a man, in connection with a report of a late night assault, at a nightclub in Plymouth.

Officers in the vicinity were flagged down by the victim on Saturday 13 June, who said he had been punched in the face, while in the downstairs seating area at Out Out Ibiza, in the Barbican, between 10.15pm and 10.30pm.

The victim reported the suspect had left the area, after being ejected by security.

Officers investigating the incident have released an image of a man they would like to speak to.

He is described as being a white male, believed to be in his 20s, with ginger curly hair that was slicked back. He was wearing a baby blue top, with specs hooked on it.

Anyone who recognises the man pictured, or has information that may help the investigation, is asked to contact police online or by telephone 101, quoting crime reference 50260152029.
