A man's being questioned on suspicion of murder - after another man died in Exmouth.
Police were called out on the 31st May after getting reports that a man had been assaulted in a garden.
A 26-year-old was arrested this morning (9 June) and will be interviewed by detectives.

In a statement, Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Detectives have arrested a man on suspicion of murder as part of an ongoing investigation.
"The arrest, which took place this morning, Monday 9 June, follows enquiries into the death of a man in Exmouth on Saturday 31 May.
"A 26-year-old man from Exmouth remains in police custody where he will be interviewed by Detectives."
