Devon and Cornwall Police have confirmed two people died - and the Civil Aviation Authority says it's aware of the incident and a British Skydiving board of inquiry will investigate the accident.
In a post online, 48-year-old Belinda Taylor, from Totnes in Devon, who fell 15,000ft, has been described as a 'selfless woman who wanted only the best for others'.
The family post says they are lost without her.
Scott Armstrong said: "I miss you so much, you were my best friend, thank you for everything you done for me from making my children feel at home to putting up with my mess.
"I'm so lost without you.
"I don't even know my diet and the food you made, there's just so much that I don't have the words to express it.
"I feel so lost, and I don't know where home is without you.
