Thousands of bikers gather in Staffordshire for Ride to the Wall event
It's at the National Remembrance Gardens
Thousands of motorcyclists from across the UK are descending upon Staffordshire for the annual Ride to the Wall Remembrance event, taking place today at the Royal British Legion National Remembrance Gardens in Alrewas.
The event features a 2pm Service of Remembrance at the iconic Armed Forces Memorial, where participants will pay tribute to the fallen by acknowledging the names engraved on the memorial.
Attendees include veterans, soldiers, and families of the fallen, who arrive in convoys starting from twelve different locations around the country. They will process into the National Remembrance Gardens to park ahead of the service.
Since its inception in 2008, Ride to the Wall has raised over ÂŁ2 million, supporting the work of the National Remembrance Gardens and marking a powerful collective act of Remembrance.
