A goat has been rescued and lassoed by police after escaping and going on a rampage in a Wiltshire village.
The goat, called Billy, was seen trotting around Upper Seagry, near Chippenham on Thursday Morning (December 18).
Police said the goat was described to them "violent" and posed a danger to people and their property while he was on the loose.
The goat reportedly terrorised someone's garden and tried to eat fruit off a Christmas wreath.
Officers from the Chippenham response team responded and controlled the situation.
In a body worn video a police officer can be heard saying "We've got it on a tow line" and "We've got some PSU (riot) shields because he's trying to butt my head."
Billy did escape the lasso but was safely recaptured and returned to his owner.
