Body found in search for missing teenage boy in Anderby Creek

A body has been found in the search for a teenage boy reported missing from Anderby Creek.

Emergency crews were called to the site on Saturday afternoon (28/06) where they found the body in the early hours of this morning (29/06)

RNLI lifeboats, HM Coastguard land based units, helicopters and Fixed wing aircraft, Police Drones and officers searching the beaches formed part of this extensive search, all supported by Lincolnshire Community Assistance Team.

Lincolnshire Police are thanking the public for their help in allowing the emergency services to respond to the incident.

The boy's family are being supported by specially trained officers.
