Second man charged over Haddington death
A second man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a 54-year-old man in Haddington.
Emergency services were called to a property in the Carlyle Gardens area of the town at around 12.40pm on 10 February.
The 54-year-old was taken to hospital for treatment but later died on 18 February.
Police Scotland said a 61-year-old man has now been arrested and charged in connection with the death. He is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Thursday.
A 41-year-old man was previously arrested and charged in relation to the incident and appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on 25 February.
Police enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the death are ongoing.
