Police release CCTV images after assault at Edinburgh venue

Police Scotland have released CCTV images of two men they believe may be able to help with an investigation into an assault at the Corn Exchange in Edinburgh.

The incident happened inside the venue on New Market Road at around 11pm on Saturday, 21 June 2025.

Officers are keen to trace two men captured on CCTV at the time.

The first is described as a white male, aged between 20 and 25, of medium build with blond hair. He was wearing a white Loewe t-shirt, blue jeans and has tattoos on both arms.

The second man is also described as white, aged between 20 and 25, with short black hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt, black jeans and trainers.

Detective Constable Beverley Burnside said: “We would ask the people in the images, or anyone who recognises them, to contact us as soon as possible.”

Anyone with information that could assist officers is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0848 of Sunday, 23 June 2025.
