Police investigate two 'suspicious' vehicle fires in West Lothian

Detectives are appealing for information following two suspicious vehicle fires in West Lothian.
The first incident happened around 1.10am on Wednesday when a BMW was found on fire in Kingfisher Brae, Livingston.
Two men were seen in the area at the time.
One was wearing a grey, white and black hooded top, grey jogging bottoms and dark trainers. The second man had on a blue hooded top with white stripes down the arms, blue jogging bottoms, and black trainers with a white sole.
Just days earlier, shortly after midnight on Sunday, 25 May, a white Ford Fiesta Zetec was deliberately set alight on Ladeside Avenue in Blackburn. A man wearing a balaclava, grey Berghaus jacket and matching bottoms was seen in the area.
Detective Inspector John Irvine said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have information to contact us. I would also ask anyone with private CCTV from either area at the time to come forward – you may have captured something that could assist our investigation.”
