Man re-arrested and charged following assault and robbery in Falkirk

A 37-year-old man has been re-arrested and charged in connection with a serious sexual assault and robbery in the Camelon area of Falkirk.

The incident happened between 8pm and 8.40pm on Sunday, 5 October, 2025, within a building on Main Street.

The 37-year-old man was re-arrested and charged in connection and is due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Wednesday, 5 November 2025. Enquiries are ongoing.

Detective Inspector Forbes Wilson said: "I'd like to again thank the local community for their assistance so far and would appeal to anyone with any information or who may have private or dash-cam footage, to come forward."
