Human remains identified as farmer missing for 13 years in Stirlingshire

Human remains discovered in woods near Fintry have been identified as those of Stirlingshire farmer who was reported missing more than a decade ago.

Thomas Robb was last seen in the Carron Valley area in 2012. His remains were found on Monday 8 September.

Police Scotland confirmed his identity and said his family had been informed and were receiving support.

Officers added that the death is not being treated as suspicious.
