22-year-old who died in Fife crash named

A 22-year-old man who died in a car crash in Fife has been named by police.

Ollie Nelson, from Strathmiglo, was a passenger in a black Seat Leon which crashed on the B996 at the junction for the B9097 near Blairadam, close to Kelty.

The crash took place at around 10.50pm on Sunday.

Mr Nelson's family have asked for privacy.

Constable Lee Buckley, of Police Scotland, said: "Our thoughts remain with the family and friends of Ollie at this devasting time.

"I would urge anyone who may have been in the area around the time of the crash and witnessed what happened, or has any dashcam footage which could assist, to please get in touch with officers."
