Competition Winners: What happens next?

CONGRATULATIONS again, we are delighted that you've won one of our competitions! It won't be long until you receive your winnings.

How will I get my prize?

Now that you've submitted your details, we're busy setting up your prize payment into our system. Our friendly accountants will then approve it, and in no time at all the cash will be in your account!

When will my cash arrive?

All cash prizes will be paid within 28 days of the date you won the competition. We'll endeavour to get your cash to you ASAP, but please be aware that it can take the full 28 days. The exception to this is if we've promised on-air that the payment will be made the same day, by the end of the week, etc. For the vast majority of our competitions it's 28 days.

Some important legal stuff

We love it when people win our competitions and now that you've experienced the buzz, we're looking forward to giving someone else that moment of excitement.

We kindly draw your attention to the Prize Limits section of our competition terms & conditions, which states that "no person or persons at the same residential address may win more than one prize valued at £500 or more via any of our Competitions in any given six (6) month period."

This applies to competitions across all Bauer Media Group brands. Once six months have elapsed you are more than welcome to take part in our competitions again.
