Rangers announce £9million deal for striker Kevin Kelsy and loanee Badredine Bouanani

Rangers have secured the big-money signing of Portland Timbers striker Kevin Kelsy and Stuttgart winger Badredine Bouanani on loan.
Kelsy has signed for an initial £9million fee that could rise due to add-ons.
The 22-year-old comes in as a replacement for Youssef Chermiti who faces a long spell on the sidelines after suffering an ACL injury against Hibernian last month.
Chermiti had been subject to a £22million bid from Galatasaray in the days leading up to the match.
Venezuelan international Kelsy has scored 22 goals in 75 MLS appearances across spells at FC Cincinnati and Portland Timbers.
He has had one previous spell in Europe playing for Shakhtar Donetsk where he scored in both the Champions League and Europa League.
21-year old Bouanani moves to Ibrox on a deal until the end of the season with a reported £15m option to buy included.
Bouanani came through the ranks at Lille before making the switch to Nice as a teenager.
He would go on to make 70 appearances for the Ligue 1 side before joining Stuttgart for £13million last summer.
The Algerian international played 28 times for Die Roten last campaign, scoring twice.
Both those goals came in the Europa League against Celta Vigo and Go Ahead Eagles.
It means Derek McInnes has made 14 additions to his squad this summer at the cost of around £35million.
