Celtic sign Lorient winger Joel Mvuka on loan
Celtic have completed the signing of Lorient winger Joel Mvuka on loan.
The 23-year old was close to joining for a reported fee of around £3million.
However, issues with his medical meant Celtic re-structured the deal.
Mvuka becomes the latest addition to Martin O'Neill and Shaun Maloney's squad with the pair finally securing a deal for a right-sided attacker.
The Norway youth international started his career in Åsane in his home country before making the switch to Bodø/Glimt in 2021.
He spent over two years at Kjetil Knutsen's side before heading to France to join Lorient.
Mvuka has scored three times in 55 matches for the club across campaigns in both Ligue 1 and Ligue 2.
