Celtic host Hearts on final day as post-split fixtures revealed

Celtic will host Hearts on the final day of the Premiership season.
The SPFL have released the full post-split fixture list, with Rangers travelling to Falkirk for their last game.
The final Old Firm of the campaign will take place in the third set of games on May 10.
The first matches will take place on the weekend beginning April 25.
Derek McInnes men will face Edinburgh rivals Hibs that weekend, after Celtic play Falkirk and Rangers host Motherwell.
The final weekend of the season will be on May 16 and 17, with the title lifted on the Saturday and relegation finalised on the Sunday.
The Dundee derby is one of the standout fixtures in the bottom six, with the two teams meeting on April 26.
Livingston and Kilmarnock meet on the last day with both scrapping for their Premiership status, whilst Aberdeen will travel to Dundee and St Mirren host Dundee United.
