Two eight year old boys hospitalised after being hit by cars in separate incidents
The accidents happened around half an hour apart in Glasgow and Ayrshire
Two eight-year-old boys have been taken to hospital after being knocked down in separate incidents in Glasgow and Ayrshire.
The first happened around 3.05pm on Thursday 22 August on Kilmaurs Road in Kilmarnock.
Just half an hour later a second child was hit by a car on Keir Street on the southside of Glasgow.
Police in Kilmarnock said the boy was taken to hospital “as a precaution”.
In Glasgow, officers said enquiries are ongoing.
