Second man arrested on suspicion of murdering Motherwell teenager
Khadeem Parris was found with fatal injuries at a house on Adnitt Road last month
Detectives have arrested a 20-year-old man in Motherwell, as part of an ongoing investigation into the murder of a teenager in Northampton.
The man was detained last night (Thursday, 6th August) on suspicion of murder and is currently in police custody.
Khadeem Parris, who was 16-years-old and also from Motherwell, died from a stab wound at a house in Abington on 7th July.
Previous Arrests and Charges
Fuad Mohamud, a 21-year-old, has already been charged with the murder.
He appeared at Northampton Magistrates’ Court on 14th July and then at Northampton Crown Court on 15th July where he was remanded in custody until his next hearing set for 17th August.
Other Arrests
Three others, a 19-year-old man, a 56-year-old man, and a 51-year-old woman, were previously arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
They remain on police bail while investigations continue.
