Roads reopen after major police response to Glasgow city centre disturbance
One man has been arrested after the incident on Kent Street
Roads in Glasgow city centre have reopened after a major police incident.
Officers were called to reports of a man causing a disturbance on Kent Road near St Vincent Street at around 4.45am on Saturday 7 June.
A 46 year old man was arrested in connection with the incident, and enquiries are ongoing.
Granville Street, Cleveland Street, Cleveland Lane, and Kent Street were all closed for around three hours while police, fire, and ambulance crews attended.
They have since been reopened, police are thanking the public for their patience and reassuring there were no injuries and no threat to the wider community.
